Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Great, pleasant waitress (can I still use that term?). Birthday celebration.

Starting with the positive...The staff were all pleasant and professional- the hostess, our server and others who attended our table. We were seated by the door used to take orders out to curbside customers and care was given to make sure that door was closed deliberately and quickly. The one time it wasn't, a manager came quickly and closed it with an apology. Our drinks were nice and well- prepared. Our (all four dinners at the table) issue was different issues with the food-mainly the temperature. Perhaps it was just that the intent was to bring all orders out at the same time, bit three of the four dishes (the wrap and both burgers) were luke warm. My ribs, while pretty tasty, were off and it was hard for me to put my finger on it, because of my culinary limitations. They were a bit spongy maybe, less firm than they should be. They could have been much more firm. Definitely the temperature or time of cooking. Not awful, but not great

Good food, they changed the I ingredients in the sandwich that I always order. The food was served hor, refills were offered. They only have one menu and it's the same for lunch and dinner.

Good food served fast. Thick thick milk shake.
