Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Was super great! We went right before rush (around 4) was able to get seated immediately, which we didn’t think we would because it was PACKED in the parking lot, the manager was on top of everything and made sure we got more of our bottomless drinks, food was amazing and greatly priced for the quality of food! Was a great date for my husband and I! Will return again :)

An extremely busy RR that is pretty much average for the chain's standards. Across maybe 10 visits I find the wait time to be longish, with food and service pretty much chain average.

Staff was horrible. Bartender laughed that she forgot bitters in someone’s old fashioned just stated oh well when a good bartender would have made it the right way and sent it to the customer. Another wait staff complained to my husband that the customers are expecting too much from her.. like what your job??? I got bits for fries never got more, my sandwich was the only thing good but not good enough to go back.

The person that seated us didn’t make eye contact or speak. The server lady was lovely. The food: we ordered the new Parmesan and Garlic sprouts, they had so much salt on them we ended up peeling the layers off to get to the edible part. Chicken tenders with sweet potato, again sweet potato was loaded with salt and inedible, chicken were almost warm. Whiskey River BBQ spare ribs were very fatty, chewy and relatively tasteless. Broccoli was chewy and that’s about it. I am not likely to return. The server did make an adjustment on my bill but not enough to make the food taste decent.

Wonderful food

Ordered mushroom and Swiss burger. I prefer no pink & little burnt around edges of hamburger. Grilled to perfection!
