Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The manager and server were both exceptional. Food was great. the service was wonderful.

This Red Robin seems to be sufffering with a shortage of help. The few servers there are doing their best.

I eat a salad here every day. The service is fantastic. Jamie and Kristina are the friendliest and best servers in the entire world!

The food was less than expected. Panko shrimp (tsunami) was tough and not temperature hot. The server was sweet about it and offered to replace the shrimp with fish. The manager brought my plate back and said she could not accommodate me. She was rude!!!! I left without eating the tough shrimp. $18+ in addition she would not bring hot fries (bottomless? I don't think so)

Food not prepared to order.

My husband had an iced tea and fish-and-chips. Then I joined him and got an iced tea while he drank a beer... After tip it cost $42 I didn't even eat! I don't think the food justifies the price.

From out of town. Never eaten at a Red Robin before. Had the Monster burger and fries. What a great sandwich! More than I could eat. Great server too!

We always eat in the bar area. The bartender Kayla is awesome. Always very attentive. We never went for anything.

The waitress carly gave horrible service but I stayed nice and afterwards as my father was putting antifreeze in the car she cused at us for not giving a tip after she gave horrible service so I flipped her off after she cused 🤬 out me and my family my grandmother earlier before this happened tipped her the change of her bill because she felt bad for her which we said she should not do I will never go there again her team lead was next to her when this occurred and did nothing about it please do better other than the team lead and the waitress carly were nice

Order was accurate. Leslie is a great server.
