Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Place needs to be shut down! Food, service, establishment is horrible!

Staff was slow and never returned to the table after dropping off our orders- not drink refills, extra fries or a single word. What would make me return? Why go there when they're so irritated by customers?

If you want a really good burger don't go anywhere until you try their southern burger. It's so so good. The sides are great too. I will definitely be back

Came here on a whim for the first time since high school (15 years ago) to give it another shot. Staff was awful. Hostess didn’t say a word, led us to the table, threw the menus down, and that was it. Waitress had zero personality, acted like we were inconveniencing her night (even though there were 3 tables seated in the entire restaurant) by coming in and placing an order. Food was actually ok and came out pretty quick, but won’t be returning for probably another 15 years just because of the attitude of the staff. Didn’t mean to inconvenience you!

The food is outstandingly good to eat
