Friendly servers, yummy burger and sweet potato fries

Absolutely amazing hosts and great food :-) I couldn't be happier. Took a lot of care when I was waiting for an order and made sure I was comfortable and happy. Kid-friendliness: Great customer service including the service for kids :-)

Our food set under the warmer for 10 minutes, I could see it from my seat in the bar. I saw many workers wandering around the warming station.Finally the overworked bartender grabbed it for us. The salad was wilted and the fries were cold. The bartender/waiter had no time to check on us and never was able to ask us if we needed anything. I wanted more food but they never attempted to help us and we could not get their attention. This was the last try for this place ever, this was one of many tries for this location as we have enjoyed other Red Robin before. No more

They have great prices and they are now doing burgers of the week for $12. I had Whiskey Bourbon BBQ

We sat in the bar, weekday lunch was not too busy. The bartender hustles and is friendly. They did change the bun and no paper wrapper for the burger. Convenient, fairly quick and very filling.

We went here because my son had a gift card. The fries/ waters/ utensils never arrived and we ended up ordering through the person delivering food. We saw the waiter 2x. The food was so not good and again, they gave us barely any fries and the kids plates were so small.
