Served at lunch or dinner in Sri Lanka, this dish includes a meat curry, two vegetarian dishes. Traditional curries are made with a special house blend of spices and coconut milk, served with white or chef's special fried rice.

Sri Lankan special fried rice is made with fried rice with shrimp, calamari and chicken garnished with spring onions, fried onions and fresh coriander sprigs.

While "deviled" is the adjective generally used to describe a highly spiced dish, this doesn't always mean it is necessarily hot. This dish has a spicy, rich taste. Meat or seafood is sautéed with onions, peppers and traditional Sri Lankan spices.
