Red Lobster

Changed the menu... the south west salad was a joke.

I've been twice and both times very disappointed. It takes an extensive time to be even greeted when I arrived even though restaurant is almost empty. Service is extremely slow and the food comes all at once.... even the biscuits didn't come until after the food. And their ice water must need the lines replaced in the ice or water lines because it taste like mold. I'm done giving them another chance. Totally not worth it. I WILL say their dragon calamari was tasty.

‍♀️oh my we were regular customers until Friday the 19th of Jan.. Our families came there it was 65 degrees in there if not colder that’s what they said … to top it off we were the first customers in back area but last to be served it literally took exactly 2 hours 20 minutes to get our food ‍♀️he gave kids they lil kid meal came cleared the table we watched steaks , crabs pretty much of everything go by this guy was ON IT , jaws twitching eyes looking insane , manager that finally came went for every excuse she could .. she finally decided to take some items off , in reality it should of been FREE WE WAS MISERSBLE WE HAD WORKED ALL DAY AND HAD TO GO BACK TO WORK AT 4AM NEXT MORNING .. SHE STILL GAVE US A 75.05 BILL???????? People around us kept also asking why so cold in here one lady had a blanket ‍♀️I had a hoodie & jacket .. food was AWEFUL. SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE OUT OF 3 FROM LAST 3 TIMES .. WE WILL PASS THIS ON BAD BUSINESS IS NO BUSINESS ……

What happened? The quality has gone way down. I guess they lost so much money on the shrimp feast that they lowered the quality of the shrimp. It's not the same as last fall. Very disappointing.
