Red Lobster

Had reservations set and we walked in.. completely ignored our request didn’t serve and told us there was nothing to do about it. I understand they close at 10pm but we placed a reservation at 7pm for 9pm.. there were people in the lobby waiting to be seated but couldn’t take a reservation that was placed at 7pm? I doubt people will sit 2 hours to wait to be seated. No telling what the wait time was on food. Completely irresponsible for not giving us a heads up and not even explaining anything but we aren’t taking you. Rude, disrespectful, and a disgrace.

Great food, good service, family atmosphere,.. I recommend the all you can eat shrimp and the coconut shrimp with their sauce is truly incredible but very sweet.
