Red Lobster

I believe a business survives or fails due to it's employees and this place made sure they have all the right people. I've been coming to this place for years and I've seen many faces come and go, but the awesome service stays the same. The hostess, the servers, the food runners, the cooks are all super on point. Please tip your server well! You all know how hard it is to get great service with smiles.

Food is always good, service is a toss up, our last visit was great, this visit it took 45 minutes to get our entrees. The table next to us was sitting for 15 minutes before a waitress walking asked if they’ve been helped. We had to put in a second order for endless shrimp refills when our food came out, since we were not sure when our waiter might stop by again.

The food was great but the server seemed overwhelmed and was not very prompt in delivering food or friendly

Not good at all go somewhere else anywhere else

Tried the new salt and vinegar shrimp. Was a bit salty but still yummy. Everything else was good too. Service was great!

Waitress did her best to serve us but she was too busy with her large table to give us satisfactory service. walked in the door at 8:05 and finally got food on the table at 9:20. food was cold and unacceptable for the amount paid
