Red Lobster

A great server and good food

If you want to wait for good service please go somewhere else. This restaurant has the worst service. Asked for butter twice before I got some. Waited for 20 minutes for cheddar biscuits. So if you don't mind waiting for whatever you asked for then this is your restaurant.

I came to place a TOGO Order and I was helped by Melonie and she was just the sweetest and she helped me pick my order out and made sure everything was made to perfection. She deserves 10 stars. When y’all come to red lobster in Concord ask for Melonie she gone get you right….

The food was great. The service was also good. Wheelchair accessibility: My sister is in a wheelchair. It was not too hard getting into the restaurant.

It used to be better before the COVID days....but so were most restaurants.... maybe it'll improve

The only thing I don't understand is that salads aren't sides anymore.

Seemed great during the 15 minutes I was staring at my wife's food getting cold with employees hanging out on their phones everywhere.

Jennifer deserves a raise!
