Smoothie machine broken, 30min wait for coffee. Uh… what is this McDonalds? Thumbs down. Slow or untrained baristas. Go to a different location.

I’ve has never had a bad experience here, and every specialty coffee, matcha, and other drink I’ve ordered here has always been beyond delicious! Since I usually order matcha, I can tell you their lattes and any specialty marchas they have are always full of flavor and made extremely well. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! Wheelchair accessibility: Recess has an accessible ramp and a set of stairs! Although inside is usually a little cramped because of how busy it can get.
