Great food. Our server, Izzy, was wonderful.

Had an amazing night at razzoos tonight. Our server Logan was amazing and made the experience 10 times better. I would 100% eat here again and request him as my server again :)

Today and Monday were awesome experiences! The food both times was hot and fresh! Served in a timely manner!!!!! Nathan was our server Monday and did a great job. Jayda was our server today and did a great job as well!!! 2 servers at 1 restaurant with great customer service reflects upper management. Mike and Charles are awesome and their team from front of the house to the back are all A1!!!!!

This is a one-time experience. Normally, they would get all 5 stars. My plate I got is all I've ever got in 15 years there. The stuffed shrimp. My daughter got the same thing. The Cajun sauce was very sour. I know it had some lemon in it, but it was really sour. The waitress was not very pleasant, and it seemed as though she had better things to do. It was around 2 on a Wednesday, so it was not crowded at all. Will not go back to that razzoo's again, I'll just continue doing business with the one in mesquite. I've never had an issue there.

This is the second Razzoos I've ever been to, and I'm highly surprised with the food quality! Fried food is easy to mess up, but I feel they do their thing really well. It's not too overcooked or too crispy. It's got the best flavor I've had in a deep fry I've had in a long time. It's peppery and super savory. The gator meat inside is soft and melts away with a slight chew. The shrimp also had good flavors, and even the shrimp tails were delicious! The strawberry tea was amazing! Best tea I've ever had. I added a lemon slice for a slight tartness, but the bartender behind the counter said he was surprised that anyone even ordered strawberry tea, because people usually order the mango. Lastly, the fries had a sweet yet salty flavor to them. Boyfriend said they were awesome too! Even the hush puppies were good. They had a little bit of jalapeno pieces in the batter. The staff was friendly and attentive despite him being the one behind the counter also making drinks. He was nice enough to fix an order we ended up wanting to change. I will say the only bad part about it was waiting a pretty long time to get our check. They seem to be under staffed. Overall, we might come back if we ever are in town. The pricing is a tad higher than most places. My gator basket was 18.99. if you have the extra money, definitely try it! Gator tastes like a mild fried clam strip without the bitterness. It's yummy!

Food great as always. Always recommend getting whatever protein you order blackened. My go to is the blackened catfish. My mom is from Cajun country and their dirty rice is the closest I've had to the real thing. Just missing green bell pepper. Always need a jacket like they are hanging meat, but the food males it worth it.

We have eaten twice this week at Razzoo in Fire Wheel. Both times we had different managers and different servers. I want to give a shout out to Josh and Jada. Josh served us the first time and was lovey. He had a smile on his face liked he liked his job and checked back on us all the time. Very kind and great attitude. Jada was a ball of joy. She too came to our table and was very happy.. again with a smile. She is a hardworker and it shows. She never let my ice tea run out and that is important to me. Both of these servers are keepers. I own my own business, as you can see in my profile, so I always look for people that want to work and enjoy their job. Managers were kind too and came around to our tables. A well managed restaurant. We will be back next week.

Absolutely in love!!! I love coming to Razzoo's for the food (and the honey mustard sauce they make) but overall they have AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU!!!! Update: the staff there is THE BEST! Shout out to Mike, Eliana, Nancy, Christian and Darius! They have all provided me GREAT service whenever I've come in and the environment is overall just friendly and welcoming I love going there.
