Rayford's All In One Hot Wings

Very rude!! FOOD IS NOT GOOD!!! WAITED 45 mins on a 5 piece wing order with no customers in the store… NO REFILL AND DINING IN

One of the worst places I’ve visited. The customer service was terrible and the cashier was extremely rude. I ordered a wings combo along with an extra fries. I received my order which I had to bag without the extra fries I ordered. I informed the cashier that I did not receive my fries. You would have thought I asked for a complicated request. I was continuously lied to by the cashier who said my fries were on the way. It’s only when I became disrespectful that I was finally heard. I walked out without my fries because if I have to get disrespectful just to the food that I paid for, then i do not want it. I’ve never visit this place again. This place is an embarrassment. It is one of the worst customer experiences.

My food was ready but the front desk clerk kept saying it wasn't ready. After 20 more minutes she realized it was on the counter. They clearly need more staff.

Great wings! However not so great with answering the phone . Have to go in person to order.

Lousy food, questionable help and testy service! I will never go back there again!

Got the wrong order delivered, then had to wait over an hour and a half to get it corrected. Absolutely unacceptable.

UPDATE: Jan 2, 2024. I am in this establishment now and after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter, I wanted just a little bit of water before I got my drink and wings to go. I was asking for a water out of the sink. The cashier said she could not give me any water from the sink. She said I could get a bottle of water instead of the fountain drink. I said," y'all won't give your customers water?". She said, "no not from the sink.". So, at this point, I just wish they were able to hire some employees with common sense. I thought that was really ridiculous to not be able to serve the customer ice water. Even if you would say I had to pay a small fee for it, that was okay too. I'm not upset that I had to wait almost 10 minutes before someone came out to take my order because I see the help wanted sign in the door. I understand being short staffed. 13 years ago: I like their wings and their catfish is the best in town in my opinion. I am on my way to get some now. Also, the fried green tomatoes are the best. They are homemade, not pre-breaded.

I was happy to see that moving location improved the Atmosphere but they lost that warm home feeling. The food took long and was horrible! The service was worse. They don’t take care of the customer. You charge extra for everything surprised you don’t charge to use the bathroom. I always raved about your wings and what was served was horrible. I ordered fish and was asked .75 for the tarter sauce. My wings were dry and only one had seasoning. Fries were old. And the the young girl at the front could care less.
