Big Hearted IPA is an Imperial IPA featuring citrus, and berry hop aromas with slight bitterness. We have been very intentional about honoring the Two Hearted IPA legacy when creating Big Hearted and it was imperative that these new “Hearted” beers would sit alongside our iconic Two Hearted IPA and be equally enjoyed for their perfected flavor profiles. Once upon a time, Weissbier could only be brewed by ducal privilege. Hofbräuhaus enjoyed this exclusive right for nearly 200 years, thus holding a monopoly on Weissbier in Bavaria. But even without a monopoly, Münchner Weisse is a really special kind of beer. What could be more pleasurable than quenching your thirst with a deliciously yeasty Weissbier, and savouring the tingling, fizzy sensation in your mouth? With an alcoholic content of around 5,1% volume, it's pure, refreshing enjoyment.

It was a necessary part of farm life to provide a ration of beer to the laborers, as beer was safer to drink than plain water. Farm Hand is our interpretation of what these rustic farmhouse beers must have been like. Brewed with Michigan-grown wheat, we leave this beer unfiltered and rustic to accent the natural lemon-citrus tartness from our fermentation process. This beer is easy drinking for any occasion, but reveals layers of complexity for those who wish to discover them.

Our light-coloured, spicy single-bock, “Vitus” is saturated with fine yeast and a creamy foam. It is a specialty with a round character based on the extra long storage time. The fruity smell of dried apricots joins aromas of citrus, cloves and hints of banana. Full-bodied and sparkling with an effervescent mouthfeel. Thus, the Vitus does not taste like a typical Bock beer but more like a noble, fruity wheat beer. Perfect with red meat, strong cheese and also able to guide desserts. Colour and sight: Deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head. Scent: Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries. Flavour: Sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance.
