Todd has extensive culinary experience and opening a restaurant in Columbia, SC has been a long time dream. Utilizing Soda City as a small business incubator, Rambo's Fat Cat Biscuits got its start. The warm welcome of the community and continued support has kept this dream not only alive, but thriving!
