I, I just stopped going all together I cringe when i have to go to Ralphs because it's just up the way from my house and yet I have to experience anxiety going because of this abhorrent harasser. 1/3/2024 And ....She's done it again this lowlife self checkout attendee SHE"S DONE IT AGAIN! She's single handedly accused me countless times of stealing she has mental health issues its really sad how customers have to be victimized by this low woman UPDATED 1/3/2024, 10/10/2023 THERE IS THIS ONE WOMAN EMPLOYEE WARNING! She is very short very intrusive and insulting has been there for 15 years everytime i go someone is having an issue with her overly controlling obnoxious insulting and highly disrespectful mannerisms. Hispanic motherly type. Ok I've seen this woman who should have been fired maybe 15 years ago STILL WORKING THERE! INCOMPETENT AND HIGHLY OBNOXIOUS SHE WORKS AT THE SELF CHECKOUT BE AWARE OF THIS WOMAN. As for Ralphs itself I'm always disappointed when i go into these middle class junk food establishments. The food there mostly is junk just remember that when you walk in. Also they have rude service they treat me like a product instead of a customer I felt very offended. And their food is not that great compared to a really top market like Whole Foods or Gelsons give me a break don't compare those elite places to Ralph's especially their so called "fake seafood section" as opposed to whole foods where their fish section is a proper FISH SECTION clean no fake crab real fishes FRESH with real selection k just go to whole foods and be a savvy shopper ITS TOTALLY WORTH IT COMPARED TO THIS CORN SYRUP MARKET

A lot of the cashiers and baggers working here are WEIRDOS. There are some weird creepy creatures working here. Our family would never shop here again. They have turned this place into Sodom and Gomorrah.

I have got everything in Ralphs. Near to where i lived. Everything is perfect. Except for the self check out assistance and the guard that is somehow rude and thumbs down to customer service. For example: I have noticed your having a hard time for self check out? I would be happy helping you out.. But instead, the lady hot me intimidated for the words she used to tell me. ,,,Why did you... Thats wrong... NO. Learning english is simple. Never use offensive words. Try to smile and ofer help to customer by starting maybe sir i can help you with that, pls allow me.....

I have been a loyal customer to Ralph's all over SFV and and even there sister store Fry's over in Arizona but after what happened at my visit to this store I am finally saying so long to Kroger and their "family" of bullcrap. So, tonight on 01/14/2023 at 12:40 p.m. I approached to doors but they did NOT open but I was soon greeted my an employee who told me they are closed. So, I look at my phone, thinking to myself "How did it take me that long to drive here?" but it was only 12:40 and they close at 1:00 a.m. at nearly EVERY other location (there are a select few that chose to close up shop a bit earlier at midnight but it is in a sketchy neighborhood and they list it accordingly on GoogleMaps). So, I say "I still have at least 15 minutes left" and he just shakes his head and says "closed" but I persist and I say "Come on, all I need to get is milk and juice, it'll take me less then 5 minutes" so he turns around and talks to another female employee and then comes back and shakes his head again saying "closed." If you can't let a customer in to grab 2 items when you have closed the store early is really messed up. Anyway, so long Ralph's and hello Albertsons (albeit a bit reluctantly).

My go-to market in between Eagle Rock and Glendale. Prices can be a bit expensive, but typically for today's economy.
