Fries were soggy, food was cold and burnt, missing items is a regular

One of my favorite places to eat,, I love Rally's I love their baconator & french fries in their sweet tea,,,, treated myself to early birthday dinner. Sat outside at the tables.

Not a big fan of the food anymore, I got two rally burgers with cheese, there was white cheese on them and there was no condiments at all just two plain rally burgers. My fries were hard and cold and the chicken bites were like cardboard.

They forgot part of my order but they fixed the issue.

$5.00 Deal was a huge disappointment. The burger was cold and loaded with mustard. Everything tasted like it was reheated from last night. The other item was unidentifiable.

Can't stand the drive thru computer. Never gets your order RiGHT. Chicken sandwich could be BiGGER. Could also be in a BETTER location UP towards Miami Township or Goshen area.

Workers were arguing with each other both spitting, neither had teeth. Took forever to get our food and it was cold when we got it and on top of all that mess they put onions on my burger when I asked them not to

Had to wait 15 minutes to order standing in the pouring rain wait another 21 minutes to get my food order was wrong waited another 15 minutes order was cold the absolute worst rallies I've ever been to I've been to some bad ones that one takes the cake

Great food just wish they would put more onions on my burger

Drive thru lane is too small for wide trucks
