Cristhian and Nikki are a husband and wife team and the proud owners of Raleigh Popsicle Co. Cristhian is from Colombia, South America and Nikki is a Raleigh Native. Everyone loves the nostalgic feeling of a popsicle! Our popsicles are handmade with fresh ingredients including fruit and fruit puree. There are over 15 flavors so there’s something for everyone! We have two locations; Crabtree Valley Mall and at Southpoint Mall. We are opening a new location in downtown Raleigh in late 2022.
