This franchise is nothing close to other locations from a few years ago. Portions are smaller, price up significantly, and service is unacceptably slow. I’m done visiting for the remainder of this year.

Stopped in at 1030 for an early lunch, was slow inside nice and quiet. The chicken and fries tasted super fresh- I think these guys stay on top of refreshing their oil!

Food was good. But 17.02 for a Caniac combo is insane. Chicken was wet, not crispy. The toast was not toast, it was more like a cub foods dinner roll. Honestly will not be coming back to this location, possibly not this franchise at all.

The music was a bit too loud and overpowering. I did see a employee using a table that could seat 4 during the busiest time which caused a family to have to get takeout because of no place to sit. That goes without speaking, tables should go to customers first I feel.
