This place impresses me not at all. I find it hard to believe this is a franchise. Wake up people,

Went through drive thru for pick up, had super fast service, and good hot food! Hubby enjoyed this meal so much. This is the second time this week he wanted lunch from here.

At this location I've only had one small hiccup, but they fixed it immediately with no problem. Either here or the Crystal lake locations are my go to. (Usually Crystal lake since it's by all the stores I go to). Love the food, love the portion size for the price. (Couple hack: buy the caniac combo... It's the box combo for 2 people put into one, and if neither of you likes Cole slaw like us, swap it out with the bread or more fries.... *Or vice versa*)

I order two caniac combos I drove 18 min to get lunch when I got home my daughter open hers was only 4 pieces on one the other one was right amount of 6 pieces but I was very disappointed I pay for 2 6 pieces combos …
