Established 2020 I took over Rainbow kitchen in 2020. Coming from Hong Kong, I am used to high quality dim sum and authentic Cantonese cuisine. I opened this restaurant because I could not find a satisfying Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas. All of our chefs have over 40 years of experience in the industry and we only serve made to order dim sum. Menu will change according to different seasons and we focus on quality and not quantity. I hope that more and more people can enjoy authentic Cantonese cuisine in Rainbow Kitchen.
