Great food and a great staff!
Limited breakfast choice but good quality.
My wife and I stopped by for breakfast and then took home a lunch as well. The portion sizes were perfect. We both had a version of biscuits & gravy (one traditional, one chorizo). The Chorizo one was just the right amount of spicy. The chicken salad sandwich we brought home for lunch also had an excellent flavor and was surprisingly moist with a great texture. I’m not usually a fan of chicken salad but would definitely eat this one again. It’s a bit back from 32 proper and isn’t a restaurant you can spot from the road so that’s a bit unfortunate. The staff was friendly and this really was a great little gem of a restaurant that I wish we had visited more before its final days. Parking: The parking lot is shared with an Ace hardware and some other small strip-mall stores but there’s plenty available.
Fried chicken with blue cheese mashed potatoes was awesome ! Burger and whipped feta two thumbs up too!
The food is good and very fresh but not amazing. Also, they have unique seasonal items on the menu. The Ham and Brie sandwich was really good, plenty of flavor with an amazing onion jam. However, I paid $15 for a half sandwich and soup, overpriced! The soup of the day "chicken vegetable" was pretty generic, decent flavor but not anything to write home about. The crepes had an amazing flavor, however, the greens on the side were pretty generic and bland, not dressed with anything. Very friendly service at the bar with a bright, pleasant atmosphere. They had really neat signature cocktails. However, they were all overpriced, $10+ I don't understand. This is overpriced for anywhere. I would suggest that they get a grip on what should really be charged and don't give into inflation. Think about the people!
Great for a late morning brunch. Was nearly full, but got the last table open around 11:15 on a Saturday. By 11:35, many more tables had opened.
I’ve never gotten anything I didn’t like on the menu.
