Ragazzo's opened in April 2018. We are excited to be offering Chef Gerald's mouth watering Italian recipes once again at the Galleria in downtown Fresno as Ragazzo's. Ragazzo is Italian for guys or fellas and has a special place in Chef Gerald's heart. Chef Gerald was the original owner and founder of Goodfellas at the Galleria. Executive chef and co-owner Gerald Chiarito was born and raised in Fresno and has over 29 years' experience in the food industry. Food is what he loves and it has been a lifelong passion. Chef Gerald believes in using local ingredients in all of his dishes. His goal when he steps foot into the kitchen, is to create a tasty, fresh meal you will undoubtedly enjoy.
