Hild Elbling Sekt Brut is a sparkling white wine from the Upper Mosel region of Germany which is characterized by limestone and chalk soils, unlike the rest of the Mosel, which is characterized by slate . It's made from 100% Elbling grapes, one of Europe's oldest grapes. The taste is sharp, refreshing, and high-acid with notes of lemon pith, quince, quinine, sparkling water, and limestone.
