The lady didn't want to sell me any beer even though I had my ID. She demanded that all people with me should show the ID even tho when I was the one paying. Good thing I did not showed up with 10 people because she would have wanted all 10 ID. Not buying here anymore.
"This is my favorite race trac thus far, very clean and awesome customer service everytime, i am always stopping in the morning on my way home from work and the staff is always very helpful and i think there is also i believe a manager in the morning and i saw his name tag name and it said Xavier...very nice and always helpful and attentive to others!"
I stopped by on my way home from work on September 20th at about 1030pm and was infuriated at the little racist black woman behind the counter. When I asked her why she slammed the beer I was buying on the counter, she gave me a evil look and refused to ring up my order. I will never go back to that store. She was sweet as pie to the black man ahead of me who didn't have enough money for his purchase, but looked at me like I was trash. SHAME ON YOU RACE TRAC ! I'm letting all my friends know that white people are not welcome in her store
I’m a truck driver and I have had to stop and park here many times before this time I had my daughter with me and the is supposed to be 24 hrs my daughter had to use the restroom late at night but the workers said the store is closed and she sat outside in her car for about an hour turning away customers and told us it would be about 2 hrs before my daughter could get in to use the restroom
This used to be a great place. Now overrun with the homeless, and is always filthy, seldom cleaned, restroom, and gas pumps never have paper for receipts. You will often be confronted and often threatened by the homeless.
Another Gem of a Racetrac!!! Was greeted by a friendly lady employee, she made me feel very welcomed. Made my day better by stopping here
Got me a hot dog and tea that is zero sugar which is rare. You can never get diet drinks at racetrack.
Updated review... I stopped in this morning before work and the cashier wasn't worried about me or any other customers in line. His drawer is going to be over today because he was too consumed in his conversation with his coworker that he shorted me when giving my change. I don't like confrontation so I just left. Please be mindful that not all customers want to point out the incorrect change. It's your cashier's job to do their job. Not talk it up with his fellow cashiers. I will avoid this store even though it is the closest to my place of employment.
