I wish that zero stars was an option! This afternoon, I was initially charged $2.99 for a cup of coffee and a separate $1.99 for the coffee creamer- which I had poured into a small cup as there were no to-go creamers available. I questioned the extra charge for the creamer and asked the clerk to credit me back for it. She said that I "shouldn't worry" because once my telephone number had been entered my "coffee and a second beverage"(she was referring to the cream...) happened to be "free" on this particular day. This is apparently because I am a very frequent, daily customer. I explained that I did not want my bonus "free" beverage to be a 16th inch of coffee creamer! She said, "It's too late. I can't help you as your phone number is already in the system". Annoyed now and no longer wanting my (now cold) coffee - I dumped it out and looked for a "manager" to ask for help. I then had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a self-proclaimed manager I will call "N" Appearing to be barely out of his teens, this individual seemed wholly unable to understand the nature of my complaint and devoid of any interest in providing customer service in this instance. Perhaps it was his first day on the job, poor guy. Manager "N" also refused to adjust the transaction saying that it was "too late" Furthermore, he said he "COULD help me" but was UNWILLING TO because he didn't "appreciate my attitude". My answer was that since he wouldn't cancel the transaction so I could enjoy my bonus coffee and bonus second beverage on another day, I would have no choice but to take them today. Manager "N's" brilliant reply was that if I did so, he would "call the police". Soooo, I invited "N" to make his phone call, poured my free coffee and an alternate free beverage (which this time was NOT a 16th inch of cream) and then went on my way. As I left, "N" said, "I'm actually not going to call the police". Great, Manager "N". I imagine you thought better of that. Common sense, to the rescue!
Never got food from here before, usually always go to Wawa. Decided to tonight.. long brown hair in my unopened $7 Mac and cheese. Beyond disgusting. I want my money back but doubt it will happen.
Friendly store, but ATMs break down all the time. I had several hundred dollars in bills not rendered from the machine, due to malfunction. Manager refused to cooperate to provide video evidence to be presented to the bank due to store policy. I lost money in this store. Beware of the ATMs here…
They tend to shut down most of their pumps In the morning when people need them most. I don't know if they're doing this because they lack the employees but it doesn't matter either way. It's a piss poor business model.
I'm a regular customer here, and with the change of management all the time, and whoever is running this store now, the store is running horrible. I use to come in the morning, but now come at night because that is the only time my stuff is correct. In the morning you have people standing around, outside smoking, worry bout customers
