Queen's Pizza and Wings

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant during my visit at 12:30 AM on April 9th. The service was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I was told by one of the staff members that my food would be ready in a short amount of time, but this turned out to be completely untrue as I ended up waiting much longer than promised. There was no apology or explanation offered for the delay, which only added to my frustration. The manner in which I was treated by the worker was unacceptable, showing a lack of respect and care for customers. It's unfortunate, as I had hoped for a pleasant dining experience but was left feeling disrespected and misled. I believe that customer service is crucial in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this establishment fell significantly short of those expectations on my visit.

Last night I bought a large pizza from Queens and it was the best tasting pizza I've had in a long time. The dipping sauce was delicious as well. Good job guys!

Don’t buy from here!! Very law quality

Ordered delivery, pizza was great actually! and they added dips for me to try aswell! I haven’t had a bad experience. Knock on wood!
