Que Chévere's mission is to be one of Western New York's leading providers of authentic traditional Puerto Rican cuisine, with a twist. The goal for our restaurant is to stay connected to our roots, providing our people with the food they miss from our island, while also connecting to the very community we reside in. We want to illustrate the vibrancy and tantalizing dishes we inherited from our culture. It is a celebration of flavorings that we encourage all to indulge in. We are much more than a restaurant, we're family, and our food is home!
