Wings are delicious but by time they got to our table they where little cold tasting but overall still good. Atmosphere is pretty cool needs to be dusted and cleaned alot u can see dust all over them
Ive been to multiple QSL’s over the years, and there is a consistent theme…Food is good, beer is good, but the service is ALWAYS lacking when you’re seated at a table. If you want decent service you must sit at the bar. Had a birthday dinner & drinks here on a Friday evening. Bar was full, so we took a table. Took a few minutes before we got a drink order in. Then ordered food & refilled drinks. (Thats when things took a turn)Then the food came out... No silverware, napkins, or sauces that we requested. Server was nowhere to be found for 10 minutes! I went up to the bar to ask for silverware & the bartender was busy making drinks. Wait wait wait forever to get anyone’s attention. By the time we got silverware & napkins the food was cold. The server came out of the back room eventually and apologized. She wasn’t rude, but was definitely distracted doing something else other than waiting on the 3 tables she had. I dont know who is the blame for the bad service here. The server wandering off & never coming back, or the manager for maybe tasking her with other things instead of being on the floor serving. But regardless it was not a good experience, and i’m hesitant to ever go back to this location.
One quick note: I've been to other Quaker Steak stores and was very pleased.
Great wings and fun car themed decor. Several TVs to watch a game. There is even a TV in the restroom if you need to make a pit stop. Lots of food options and specials. Plenty of bar seating as well as tables.
Definitely falls within the scope of “those that try to do everything can do nothing extremely well” food was extremely salty and over cooked. The price of the food is actually higher than the local steakhouses.
I had the ribs they were good and we have ate there before but this time things were better I think they changed somethings.
There twice for lunch. Missing items, one entrée completely wrong, long delays.
Unfortunately, the Quaker Steak & Lube in my hometown closed. So when my husband and I travel, we frequent this location, and we are always delighted with the service and the quality of the food. Highly recommend!
Our server was great and attentive
