Our bar specializes in craft cocktails made with seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients. We also offer an extensive natural wine selection, half of which features female-owned or operated wineries. Additionally, our craft beer list is comprised of beers sourced from California. Quail State’s bar bites program is led by Chef Matt Lee and features locally sourced, California inspired cuisine.
