QDOBA Mexican Eats

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had. The employees could not care less about their customers, and the manager needs retraining in customer service.

Very friendly service, great food. Manager made great impression by coming to my table and asking me how everything was. Very first time I’ve ever had QDoba, loved it!!

Since moving to Wausau qdoba has been the place I eat at consistently. Everytime I go the people there are so nice, and the food is always delicious!! Very reasonable price too. Parking lot isn't that great, I always end up parking in the apple bees parking lot lol but that's not the restaurants fault obviously, so beware of that

The food was old and had no flavor.

I pretty much eat here everyday for lunch for work and love it. The food temp is the best of any Qdoba I’ve been to, the staff are fast and efficient and dining room is usually quite clean, even during the busy lunch rushes. The team seems to work very cohesively and never run out of items on the line.

Staff and food are good, however, bathrooms are always disgusting no matter if early in the day or later. We visited right at opening on 11-24-23, bathrooms gross, and restaurant in general dirty, floors filthy with food, etc, all over, and we were first customers in. Definitely need work on cleanliness.

What happened to customer service? No “thank you” after placing order. Tip is expected, and prompted for at check out. Bidenomics in play, $14 for bowl and brownie, no drink.

The filthiest QDOBA I have ever been in. Food was all over the floor behind the counter. The food prep line was filthy with old dried food on the containers and utensils. I chose not to order but person I was with chose tacos.

I had the burrito. their food is always consistent.
