This is the best gluten-free bakery I've ever had goods from. Other gluten-free bakeries pale in comparison. They're extremely busy throughout the day and often run out popular items. Namely, the "Andes mint cupcake." The quaint bakery has limited seating on the sidewalk. Staff is friendly and have a good system as they move the line quickly while still having time to explain the menu items. The sandwiches are so yummy and guilt free with the yummy gluten-free bread! I love the herbivore sando. This is a twice a week stop for me. Guilt free One more thing though. Even though all goods have cross nut contamination, I feel that the baked goods really need better labels and clearly labeled ingredients. For instance, someone might have a walnut allergy but totally fine with almonds. Some people can eat cross contaminated items but not the certain nut. It's nuts, but that's the truth! I am sensitive to pecans but can eat peanuts, almonds, etc. Just better to be safe than sorry for the business and the consumers.
Oh my goodness, so happy to be back..there is something about florists and bakeries...the scent hits you first....they are closed as I write this but I am enjoying my blueberry coffee cake with my lemon yogurt and it's divine...even though I bought it yesterday. Thank you!!
They are very friendly and their cakes is tasty but their egg is processed not fresh Thanks
Update: I did not know they were gluten free. That's why it didn't taste good to me The brownies were dry. The cupcakes had way too much fluffy frosting and tasted off. Like you were eating foam with no flavor. I would not recommend the pastries here
Lots of delicious baked goods and a very nice selection of sandwiches made to order. Quick service and friendly staff.
The gluten-free cupcakes I bought for my grandson who has severe sensitivity to gluten av certain nuts, were good but there was something in them that flared his allergies. I suggest they use natural food colors for the icing and make sure there is no cross contamination.
