Bakery partnered with a coffee shop - serving Gluten Free, Vegan, Paleo, Keto Products. Purely Sweet Bakery is passionate about making quality fine pastries and healthy treats for our customers. PSB specializes in Clean Eating (less processed), GF, Vegan, Raw/Organic (as much as we can), Paleo, and Keto - utilizing local ingredients, when available. We will often substitute refined white sugars with coconut sugars, sucanat, raw turbinado sugars, date sugars, stevia, agave and raw, local honey. Development is under way for diabetic options utilizing stevia. We strive to avoid as many processed chemical laden ingredients in our baked goods. Come taste the difference!
