Unfriendly staff who looks miserable.

Stopped to by some chocolate, Shirin was super nice & professional. Great customer service.

I got food Poisoning from the 3 pack hedgehog chocolates. Cant find a packaged on, expiry, or best before date on there

Chocolate here is way tooo sweet.

The quality of the ice cream was good, but it was so expensive, around $7 for one scope of vanilla.

I've been coming to this Purdys my entire childhood. So it's very dear to me. Since the move and renovation, they now have individual chocolates for sale (like Roger's chocolates). The icecream is a family favorite, especially the ice cream bar. But I'm really disappointed because the previous points cards are badly designed. The stamps on it fade away, so even after collecting over 5 stamps, they all completely disappeared by the time I come back for another purchase. I feel like I wasted so much money only to have it flushed down the toilet.

Extrodinary chocolate

Visited the store this evening and there was an older Asian lady who is very unfriendly and rude. I have not even finished asking my question about the BOGO and she has rudely replied and pointed to the wall of Christmas stuff that's bogo. I did not spend another minute at the store as I was being put off by how rude the sales associate was.

Great chocolates and awesome choice of icecreams
