Punta Verde Plaza

Set on 23 acres right at the corner of Loop 1604 and Green Rd., Punta Verde Plaza is the first commercial development built to service the new booming residential developments in the East quadrant of San Antonio. Punta Verde Plaza’s first phase will consist of a 17,500 sf multi-tenant office to house the basic neighborhood needs, and lay out the primary infrastructure for the balance of the project: re-alignment of Green Rd., regional detention pond, deceleration lane along Loop 1604, bring in all utilities to the site, etc. With the construction of the first building, site pads for future restaurants, and shops will be also available.
