Publix Super Market at Highland Plaza

First time in this Publix since this is not my area. The lady in the deli was super friendly and informative. Excellent conversationalist and skilled in the culinary art. Just went in for a sub, but came out with a sub, an incredible cheese that I never tried before, new recipe ideas, and a new friend.

This Publix needs to retrain their staff!! One of the deli employees always had a bad attitude and would even argue with us every time we asked him to cut our deli meat! He didn't want to "cut it to order." We stopped buying our deli meat here because he was so nasty to us. Then, today, my husband went in to use the restroom and an employee asked if he was going to buy anything. He said no that he needed to use the restroom, and she proceeded to tell him the toilets in Publix aren't "public toilets!!!!" This staff cannot be up to Publix standard! Their job is to give every customer a great experience, every time! Need to retrain your staff!!!!!
