Proper Taco

Proper Taco is a sassy taco shop, with an accompanying food trailer affectionately called Gladys. Gladys is available for private events. We offer a few classic tacos, like carnitas, and sometimes cabeza. For the most part we're just having fun with food. After all, a tortilla is just an edible plate, there are no rules as to what can go on it. I'd also like to mention, we are not a Mexican restaurant. No beans and rice. No fajitas. All the fun. Please place your orders online rather than calling them in.
