Staff is always polite and inviting, the food is always excellent and consistent. The quality of the meats here are unlike other sandwich/sub shops. Would highly recommend l!

1 human hair and 1 what, appears to be cat hair, in my sandwich. Gross.

Sandwiches are bland. Service was horrible: the worker today at 1:00pm came up to the register and stated “ I hate working here “ . As a customer I should not have to hear that. We are paying your bills to work. The customer service everywhere has gotten so bad since Covid. These people need a wake up call.

Ordered a Schwartz or whole. Original is corn beef. They gave us a turkey sandwich, then lied about it claiming we ordered turkey, which no one eats.

I love primos. Their sandwiches are always the best! It was ready when I got to the store. We have limited time on lunch, so quick & easy is great.

It was very unwelcoming and the employees looked unpleasant. I walked in and they just glared at me. It was my first time there and will be the last time for pickup. However, feel free to have this delivered to avoid the drive and unfriendly faces. I’ve gotten more smiles from DMV employees.

Hoagies are good but they’re bit on the expensive side
