This is a 36 bottle batch hand-selected by Pretty Decent and one of our guests in May 2024 at the NETA tasting room in Jalatlaco, Oaxaca.
Ramón García Sánchez distilled this batch of Jabalín (a. convalis) and Espadín (a. angustifolia) in November 2023. The plants were cooked underground, milled paritally by hand and partially by electric shredder, fermented with deep well water in open-air wood tinas, and distilled twice in copper alambique stills.
Bottles are now available on a very limited basis for pre-sale. They should arrive in mid-to-late October, pending the fun complications of international shipping.
