Pret A Manger

I came here on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy, there was a queue but I got served relatively quickly and got my drink after a few mins of waiting. I’m surprised how much the prices have jumped here, over £4 for a coffee - Pret used to be the most affordable chain on the high street and now it’s surpassed all the others to be the most expensive? Why?

Very quick, efficient service, luscious food and goodies with a relaxing atmosphere, kept cleared and clean. Enjoyed it! Vegetarian options: I had a delicious hummus and Chipotle wrap, very tasty!

Staff brilliant. So helpful with kids sharing hot chocolate. When 1 kid knocked over their drink the lady cleaned up our table quickly and replaced all cheerfully. Great staff. Kid-friendliness: Child height stools on a large table happy to give extra cups. But they are paper cups easily knocked over. Downstairs toilet clean do have to ask to get access

It’s horrible . We just came with my family and they are playing very loud ruck music and they turn on AC high level and inside it’s very cold . I believe they do this to kicking customers I never come here again

every time you have to wait 15 minutes for me to get coffee. I suggest you do not be deceived by this staff. a dirty coffee

Worth it for the soup. Still not bad value for money in my opinion. Could do with some training

Rude and snarky staff

Horrible service and very rude staff. I come here almost every other day for lunch since I work very close so it’s very convenient for me. I swear this is the last time I was here today, I just cannot tolerate the way they treat their customers anymore
