Incredible service and staff. Special shoutout to Robert Sanchez and Diamond. Robert was so eager to help in any way he could, was so knowledgeable, and the kindest soul. Give this man a raise—he’s out here doing the most 🙌
Pressed offers many refreshing treats. Diamond alone made this a 5-star experience. Her knowledge of the store, presentation of the food, and hospitality made this stop along the way worthwhile. Without her, Pressed is good. But, with Diamond, it's great!
Their Energy Wellness bowl is a go-to for me. Best Açaí bowl I’ve had in the area.
Do not come here if you’re in any sort of hurry, in my experience you’ll be waiting at least fifteen minutes regardless of whether anyone else is in the store or not
I think management needs to retrain their employees on how to better service their customers
The employees seem to think they are entitled to a tip for grabbing a drink out of the fridge. If a tip is not added, get ready for the bad attitude and passive aggressiveness.
I asked for ready to go juice, the lady behind the counter scans it to ring me up. The tip screen comes on and I forgo adding a tip because I’m assuming she’s already getting paid to stand behind the counter and hand patrons their orders. I get prompted to pay and as I do I begin to encounter technical issues. The counter lady stands there as I struggle, providing no direction and this went on for several minutes. I look up and she stands there with a belligerent stare…I assume over a tip. I had to troubleshoot it myself to pay!
Get ahold of your employees or pay them more.
I recently had a very disappointing experience at this location . When I arrived at the store, I was looking forward to getting an açai bowl. However, the staff refused to take my order without giving any clear explanation. This was frustrating and confusing.
To make matters worse, I ended up waiting for a very long time without any updates or acknowledgment from the staff. It felt like my presence was completely ignored, and I left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service.
I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service, as this experience has left me hesitant to return.

Excellent place for vegan ice cream and the service from Maria and Diamond is the best.Also the seats are very comfortable. Went to pressed and was impressed.5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
We were helped by Maria, who was very helpful and pleasant she made the whole experience better. The freezes were delicious as well
my husband and i came in close to close and Maria was so helpful and kind! I love pressed and the freezes and Maria was so nice to let us sample the flavors, and she was so nice and sweet with our baby too! she was very helpful and seriously made our night. I hope she’s working next time we come back! i know it sounds over dramatic but i seriously cannot believe how nice she was.

It was my first time visiting Pressed, I had heard great things about the juice cleanse and wanted to try it. After a failed attempt at the Georgetown Pressed, they did not have the stock for it. Everything happened for a reason because I had THE BEST experience with Diamond. She was super kind and knew everything about the products. Diamond answered all of my questions and had great energy. I highly recommend going here!
There is a health department notice on the door to close, but they are still serving customers? Seems pretty sketchy to me.

Ordered in the app. I usually order for delivery but was in the DC area so I decided to get pickup. I got to the store at 7:30am and waited until 8am for it to open. I got to the door and it was locked. If the opening time is 8am..I the customer expect to be able to walk in at 8am SHARP! Do better. People have lives to live. Now I’m PRESSED…for my time on a Sunday morning!
