Preservation Pub (four floors of bars at 28 Market Square): An iconic pioneer in the downtown Knoxville Renaissance, the Mighty Mighty Preservation Pub has invested its profits for 21 years into saving and revitalizing historic buildings (hence the name, “Preservation” Pub).
