Premier Inn Norwich Nelson City Centre hotel

All the staff are helpful and welcoming especially James and Sarah. Room clean and comfortable. Good cheap stay close to train station and city cnetre for shops and attrations. Highly recommended.

It's a decent P.I. and an iconic local landmark. But fitting this model to what was an old hotel isnt perfect and the confusing dour corridors are not great. However great reception service, and bar service helps a lot. Also nice parking if pricey for being a guest. Stayed in a Premier room for a treat and they are so much nicer

Looking a bit tired, due to be replaced soon, but it was absolutely fine, friendly staff, restaurant was good. Location near station, never the best part of town, but it was quiet with nice views of the river. Rooms: Large family roomm 4 beds

Fantastic Stay!! Staff are wonderful and polite a real credit to the company. Amazing stay with friends, no issues at all. Room was spot less and the bed super comfy, only had one towel but we got another at reception no problem. :) Would stay again.

Basic hotel in the centre of Norwich opposite train station. Staff friendly, decent breakfast

Nice standard room, helpful staff and in a good location. Close to the railway station and not far from the city centre.

These budget hotels just get better and better and this Premier is a great example of this. My room overlooking the river was spotlessly clean and well stocked with coffee machine, pods, teabags and a kettle. Bathroom was again spotless and the shower really powerful, just the thing to blow the cobwebs away. The staff were incredibly helpful and were clearly happy in their jobs.
