Staff very good nice helpful. Rooms however very basic and small beds have seen better times in more ways than one

Couldn't fault any of the staff we interacted with. Everybody was pleasant and helpful. Rooms need some TLC and an upgrade. There was a collection of dust around the edges of the carpet where the vacuum probably doesn't catch and around the radiators. Tv remote controller really needs a clean. Other than that the room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Would love to see sockets near the beds for phone charging.

Have used quite a few times now before going on holiday to avoid being stressed about motorway

Only use this as a stop when driving to Manchester. Food is cheap and cheerful. Staff are always friendly.

This premier inn is tired decor wise, but don't let this put you off. The staff are amazing and service second to none. They couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed a week for a family reunion and had many of us at breakfast and dinner - they dealt with all our requests/requirements with no fuss. Thanks for helping make our week memorable!
