Premier Inn London Wembley Park hotel

I booked Premier inn because you can expect a good reliable standard from them- not here. The heating didn’t work and we were freezing-I note other people have said the same. The receptionist didn’t seem interested, eventually he reluctantly offered another room. In the second room the cold water didn’t flow properly so you couldn’t shower (you could only get very hot water). We didn’t bother asking the disinterested staff, we could still use the bath so stuck with that. The keycard stopped working at some point every day- another receptionist suggested it was because I was putting it upside down, er no. Why did it need re programming then ? Avoid.

Stayed one night. Hotel was incredibly busy due to events on a Wembley despite this it was very quiet in our room on level 5. Clean and spacious room. Very convenient for using Wembley and tube. Excellent breakfast,so much choice...have stayed in premier inn many times never had breakfast before but,shall be now for future stays.

Just checked into this hotel, my wife I and went to our room. She had just got out of the shower getting changed when , the door suddenly opened and a man came in announcing he had to change a light bulb. No knock or anything!!! My Mrs is in a state of shock, I'm seething, yet unable to get to reception and complain because the que for it is out the door! They won't pick up the phone either. Huge violation of privacy.

Typical Premier Inn, friendly staff and easy check in . Great location for the stadium and the arena.
