Penhorn location...excellent brunch experience !

Excellent service and great food. The atmosphere is loud and echoed a lot. Anything to absorb sound would be a great improvement.

Ordered from their website, showed up to pick it up when it said it would be ready. Receptionist said they "didnt receive the order" I had the confirmation on my phone and my credit card was charged. When the obvious lie that they didn't receive the order didn't work they tried to say that there must have been an error because we ordered a bagel and "their location doesn't offer bagels" ... it's on their menu. At no point did ANY of the staff or manager apologize for the inconvenience once, we asked for compensation and was offered $15 on a $75 order (and we would have to now wait for our food) we declined.

Ashley has been our server for years at the Portland Street location. Service and interactions are always great! It’s a highlight of every week.

This was my first time dining at Pur & Simple. The food and service were outstanding.

For the most part we enjoyed our breakfast. For me I was disappointed in the amount of hash browns that were on the plate relative to the size of the plate. With the cost of the meal the value just didn't seem to be there. I'm all for recommending others try the place for themselves but I won't be rushing back myself.

Just tried to go for breakfast. At least 4 empty tables in our view but told we would have to wait 15 mins because they wanted to give us a smaller table incase a larger party came in.
