  In the bakery, our lemon flavors are one of our most popular cakes sold. Out of this pound cake batter, we have created 4 other flavors that are pretty good sellers as well. 30% of our cakes sold are of lemon flavors. This cake is a moist dense cake made with lemon zest, lemon juices, and lemon extract. It's covered with lemon buttercream icing. 10-inch in size and serves approximately 12.

- Dreamy Chocolate Cake
  Our two-layered triple chocolate cake is made with the fineness of coffees along with other flavors that boost the flavor of this dense chocolatey cake. To add more flavor this dreamy chocolate cake is our homemade rich chocolate cream icing and mini chocolate chips sprinkled all around to make for a to die for chocolate dessert. Serves up to 12 people.

  This cake is also considered one of our fun flavors. It has two layers of what we call Very Berry Strawberry cake. It’s a rich moist cake that has an in-between consistency in weight being not too heavy and not too light. It is coated in homemade buttercream strawberry icing. It serves 12 or more guests.

- Carrot Cake
  Our moist and Savory carrot cake is infused with pineapple, nuts, carrots, raisins, and several spices. It is a dense cake and is considered low fat and can be made as a vegan cake if specially ordered. Most days we cover this cake with homemade cream cheese frosting, but sometimes we do substitute the icing with our homemade buttercream frosting. This cake serves 12.

  This light buttery cake is the basis for some of our cakes. It's very rich in flavor and that’s how we determined this would be our signature cake at the bakery! We added one ingredient that gave it the name Signature Sour buttercream cake. We use this for our birthday cakes and recommend this for designer cakes. We accent this 2 layered cake is covered with our homemade buttercream icing. It serves 12 or more guests.
