Horrible experience! I door dashed my order and I got nothing I asked for on my sandwich instead I got tomatoes which I am allergic to. I normally drive to get food but I have Covid. There was specific instructions Mayo, oil, peppers, and Italian seasoning. I normally don’t leave reviews but how ridiculous!! Reading is not hard at all.

Whatever you do, for the love of God, do not say you want a “regular” size sandwich. The employee looked annoyed, rolled her eyes and seemed angry. I quickly realized I made a mistake and corrected myself and said “original “. Jesus, it’s not that big of a deal. Some people need to get a life

I had the broccoli cheese soup and a chicken salad sandwich. They were delicious, best I’ve had in a while. Services was quick also.

Very good sandwiches and salads. I ate here several times on vacation. Especially liked the meatball sandwich and the chicken salad salad.

Terrible. Got food poisoning from this place yesterday and now I’m miserable and in pain smh. First time and last time having them. This is a warning.

This is an excellent Potbelly location! I recommend ordering in person if you have time, as this will ensure you get exactly what you want on your sub.

The sandwich I received was so stingy I couldn’t believe it. I received a sandwich with literally maybe 2 slices of turkey breast on it. I’d you order online it seems there is a good chance this shop takes the opportunity to rob you blind. I decided to give my local shop a try and instantly regretted it. I’d recommend you stay away.
