Pros-- food is consistently good. Value is great, especially with perks in the app. Service is good. Atmosphere is pleasant. Cons-- about half the time when ordering online the order is off, nothing serious but a missing topping or sauce was requested on the side but it was missing. The online orders are also usually ready 5-15 minutes after the pick up time on the app.

Staying at a nearby hotel and grabbed a breakfast sausage, egg, and cheddar sandwich. Sausage and egg were the typical pre-cooked ready to heat variety but the bread was nice and fresh. Certainly better than grabbing a prepackaged and reheated sandwich from a coffee shop. I’m sure their lunch deli options are much better. Not bad for a quick bite however. Service was good and atmosphere quiet. Inside was pretty clean. Worth a stop if nearby.

I would give zero stars if I could. The treatment we were given just now was absolutely ridiculous. The workers were extremely rude telling my whole family to shut up and saying we’re lying when we went in yesterday to have breakfast and said that in this location they claim to not serve breakfast. Not only were the workers extremely rude telling us to shut up but they also smelled rancid of weed. I do not recommend anyone come here especially families such as ourselves. I even went to show that we could’ve done a pick up order for breakfast and that is when the worker proceeded to tell me to shut up. Worst customer service i’ve ever received in my whole life.

This is the worst Potbellys Ive been to and its sad because I HELPED OPEN IT IN 2010 ans was apart of the team. The first 3 times going they messed my order up. I called and they said manager is in bathroom. I was outfront watching. She was sitting outfront with 2 other employees. I pay my money like everyone else to get treated equal.

Great service, friendly people. We ate there 3 nights in a row.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich and they gave me a wreck (pork) sandwich to break fast on Eid. I’m feeling sick to my stomach. I am extremely disgusted and upset

Terrible customer service.

My time at Potbelly Sandwich shop was really disappointing because of a mean older lady who worked there. Even though I like their sandwiches, this store let me down. Lots of people have said the same thing about this lady in their reviews. I ordered my food online but when I got there, it wasn't ready. So, I sat down to wait. But this lady started yelling at me, saying I had to move because she had cleaned the seats. I did what she said, but she kept being rude the whole time. When I finally got my food, I asked her why she had to be so mean. I told her I had the right to sit wherever I wanted as long as the store was open. But she just told me I wasn't welcome there anymore. This isn't the first time she's been rude; she told my friend the bathroom was closed because she had cleaned it. Such behavior not only drives customers away but also tarnishes Potbelly’s reputation. This is certainly not the experience the company aims to provide, and it’s disheartening to see such unwelcoming attitudes prevail in what should be a welcoming establishment.

We ordered the Blta, but without avocado which was delicious!! The bread was very warm and fresh, more places needed to have their bread this way!! The bacon tasted fresh and crispy...YUM(never had bacon this good from any place that got to in my area)!! The nice older lady at the front was very welcoming and friendly which is always nice to have at a place that you're trying for the first time, sorry I didn't catch your name, but my husband and I thank you for helping us with our order!!

Ordered a Avo Turkey. Got back to the office, no avocado on sandwich. Went back to the restaurant… got attitude like it was my fault that she messed up the sandwich. Smh
