Ordered two of the exact same sandwhiches. When we got them they were completely different and disgusting. One was leaking mayo, the other didn’t even have mayo. One had hot peppers and artichokes and the other didn’t. It was beyond disgusting and both went into the trash.

The few times I have gone to Potbelly, I experience long lines, uninspired sandwiches, and a feeling of dissatisfaction. This location is not unique to the others.
